Join us for a special hands-on celebration of Okinawa Soba Day on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:45 AM–3:00 PM. Learn how to make Okinawa soba noodles from scratch, see how traditional soba soup is prepared, and enjoy a bowl together while learning more about this beloved part of Okinawan culture.
